So, the truth is we don’t really have an entire sales division. Our sales team consists of a team of 4 salesmen that each handle specific regions and locations. For example, one of us might handle any sales to and from Canada, while another of us speaks with customers that call in from the U.K.
If you call and get to the wrong person, any of us can help you out. Otherwise, we can always get you transferred over to speak with someone that can give you the help you’re looking for. The good thing is, you won’t be bounced around from office to office, ending with an electronic menu. Each time you call to speak with someone, you’re speaking with a real person that can answer any of your questions.

Each and every sales representative is skilled in selling, buying, inspecting, and shipping machinery all across the globe. From late-model Caterpillar mining and construction equipment to machine parts, we have a little bit of everything.
Many people wonder if Caterpillar is the only brand that we deal with since it’s where our rebuild specialty lies. The truth is that we don’t really have any particular brand that we are exclusive to. While Caterpillar is our primary source of rebuilds, we will buy, rebuild, and sell any other brand from that we can easily source cores and parts.
We have extensive experience with brands such as Caterpillar, John Deere, Komatsu, Hitachi, Volvo, and even Kokudo pull scrapers. The biggest factor in whether or not we will buy something and rebuild it is whether or not we think we’ll be able to make money on the rebuild.
One of the reasons that we are so Caterpillar-heavy in our offerings is that they have a nearly unbeatable parts infrastructure. This means that if we need a part and don’t already have it, Caterpillar can arrange to have that part at our location in a little over 12 hours, as long as we get the order in by 3 pm.
For companies that rely on heavy equipment to make their revenue, sourcing used and rebuilt heavy equipment can be difficult to do reliably. Not only is reliable sourcing often a problem, but used machines are notorious for being money pits that end up costing more in the long run than if a new machine had been purchased initially.
