We have a Cat 5090B front shovel s/n SJY00106 is a 2004 model with 12,000 hours of service since new. This is the same size as the Cat 385. This machine is equipped with a quarry package and a 104" shovel bucket. Additionally, it has enclosed cab with heat and air conditioning. The undercarriage is 85-90% good with 30" shoes. Some of the items being repaired include:
1) New engine rod and main bearings
2) Reconditioned oil pump
3) Resealed Starter
4) Resealed leak at hydraulic oil cooler
5) Repair exhaust manifold
6) Resealed all hydraulic cylinders
7) Repair heat and AC system
8) Rebuilt both idlers
9) Replace and reseal rollers as necessary
10) Replace hydraulic lines as necessary
